In 60 minutes, we discuss what’s going on, what you want to achieve, and how we’ll get there together. You go home with a concrete plan.

Replacement in case of therapist illness

In our practice, we strive to provide the best possible support and a careful continuation of each process. Sometimes, your therapist may be temporarily unavailable. In that case, we will arrange for a dedicated colleague to take over your sessions, ensuring your support continues uninterrupted.

This colleague will have access to your file and will prepare carefully to ensure a smooth transition. A fresh perspective can also provide valuable new insights into the process.

Reimbursement of couples therapy

Since 2013, couples therapy has no longer been reimbursed by the basic health insurance. This form of therapy is not covered under Primary Psychological Care or the General Basic Mental Health Care. The costs of therapy are therefore your own responsibility. Even though you pay for the sessions yourself, you can see this as a valuable investment in yourself, your relationship, or your family. In addition, you benefit from the fact that there are no waiting lists, no diagnosis is required, and your deductible will not be affected.

Payment and cancellation introduction session

The introduction session can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is not made within this period, we are unfortunately obliged to charge for the reserved time.

Payment and cancellation of therapy

After the session, you will receive an invoice. We ask that you pay it promptly.
If payment is not received, we will send two reminders. We will then forward the invoice to a debt collection agency (with additional costs).

Cancelling or reschedule

Appointments are not binding. Please cancel or reschedule as soon as possible, no later than two business days (48 hours) in advance, by email or through the online booking system.

For cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment, 100% of the rate will be charged.
Weekends are not included: Saturday and Sunday are considered Mondays.
For holidays and cancellations after 5:00 PM, the 48-hour period begins on the next business day.

Payment and cancellation Transformation Programs

Easily use our online booking system to pay for the Private Transformation Program or the Transformation Weekend. If you would like to receive an invoice, please feel free to contact our practice assistants.

You have the flexibility to cancel the Private Transformation Programs and the Transformation Relationship Weekend free of charge up to four weeks before the start date. For cancellations up to two weeks before the weekend or private program, 50% of the costs will be charged. If you cancel within one week before the start date of the weekend or private program, the full amount (100%) will be charged.
