As a relationship and family therapist, I use my passion to restore connections and create healthy relationships. My belief is that as social beings, we cannot flourish without the deep connections with others.\n\nIn my therapy, I explore with you the road to recovery. I am curious about your desired relationship, the deepest needs and desires you cherish. Together we look at how you can deal with life’s differences. What patterns are ingrained and how can we break them? How can we improve communication between you?\n\nI believe you have to make yourself vulnerable to really understand the other person. As a therapist, I find it essential that each session provides a safe space in which you can be yourselves. My approach is based on openness, warmth, positivity and a non-judgmental attitude. I want to strengthen you, initiate a process of awareness that is all about finding and activating your own power.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Background<\/strong><\/h3>

As an experienced therapist, with a background in pedagogy and a master’s degree in Youth, Family & Context, I have significantly deepened my understanding of relationships. My years of experience in youth counseling, prior to my career as a relationship and family therapist, has enabled me to effectively counsel families, couples and individuals. In this role, I supported them in developing improved interaction patterns, leading to the formation of healthy and sustainable relationships.<\/p>
