Systems therapy is a recognized specialization within psychotherapy. The strength of this approach lies in the systems perspective: the realization that no one exists in isolation. We are all part of systems, such as our family of origin, a partner, or other important connections.<\/p>

Tensions and pain often arise not from one person alone, but from the interplay between people. Therefore, we look not only at you, but also at how you react to each other, which patterns repeat themselves, and how old pain sometimes resonates in the present.<\/p>

Our therapists are highly trained and registered with the NVRG (Dutch Association of Psychotherapists) or professionally trained within our own practice. Together, we share one vision: building loving, lasting relationships in the here and now and for future generations. And change occurs when the mind, heart, and body connect. Insight (mind) is important, but only when emotions are felt (heart) and the body can relax (body) does space arise for genuine, lasting connection.<\/p>
